Refund Policy

At DeeLuxe Embroidery & More, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

Custom Orders

Because custom embroidered and personalized items are created specifically for each customer:

  • Refunds are not provided for customer-approved designs, spelling errors submitted by the customer, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, or changes of mind after production begins.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.

Errors on Our Part

If an order contains a mistake made by DeeLuxe Embroidery & More, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Percentage discount off the order

  • Complimentary remake or replacement

Examples of business errors include:

  • Incorrect embroidery compared to the approved proof

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Defective workmanship

  • Missing customization requested and approved

Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
